Khantractor Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Khantractor (“Khantractor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit www.khantractor.com, create an account, purchase or use a course, communicate with us, or otherwise use our related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Scope and responsibility
This Policy applies to personal information for which Khantractor determines the purposes and means of processing. Our Services are hosted through Thinkific, and payments are processed through Thinkific Payments and its processing partners. Those providers also process information under their own privacy policies and, in some situations, act as separate businesses or controllers.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, publishers, exam administrators, or services linked from a course or our website.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide
- Identity and contact information, such as your name, email address, billing address, telephone number if provided, and account profile information.
- Account information, such as login details and account preferences. Passwords are managed through our platform provider; we do not view your password in readable form.
- Purchase and transaction information, such as products purchased, price, currency, order number, transaction status, refund history, and limited payment details supplied by the payment processor, such as payment type and the last digits of a card. Khantractor does not receive your complete payment-card number.
- Course and learning information, such as enrollments, lesson and video activity, quiz or practice-exam responses and results, progress, completion status, certificates, and downloads.
- Communications, such as support requests, refund requests, survey responses, reviews, feedback, and other messages you send us.
- Marketing preferences, including whether you subscribed to or unsubscribed from promotional email.
Information collected automatically
- Device and network information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP address, and unique device or cookie identifiers.
- Usage information, such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, session dates and times, interactions with course content, errors, and performance data.
- Cookie and similar-technology information described in Section 7.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from Thinkific, payment processors, fraud-prevention and security providers, analytics providers, embedded media providers, and referral or advertising partners. We may combine that information with information collected through the Services.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information that we have not requested.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide, personalize, and maintain the website, accounts, courses, quizzes, progress records, and certificates;
- process purchases, taxes, refunds, and transaction records;
- authenticate users and protect account, payment, course, and website security;
- provide customer support and respond to questions, billing issues, and refund requests;
- send service messages, including receipts, account notices, security alerts, and policy or course updates;
- send marketing communications where permitted by law and in accordance with your preferences;
- understand use of the Services, troubleshoot problems, measure performance, and improve courses and the website;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, account sharing, infringement, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and respond to lawful requests; and
- complete a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or other business transaction.
We may create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you and use it for lawful business purposes. We do not attempt to re-identify information that applicable law treats as de-identified.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Contract: processing needed to create your account, complete your purchase, deliver a course, track progress, and provide requested support.
- Legitimate interests: operating, securing, evaluating, and improving the Services; preventing fraud and account sharing; communicating with customers; and protecting our rights, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: for optional marketing or non-essential cookies where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- Legal obligation: maintaining required transaction, tax, compliance, and legal records or responding to lawful process.
5. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to:
- Course-platform and infrastructure providers, including Thinkific, which hosts the site, accounts, course delivery, and related functions;
- Payment, tax, banking, and fraud-prevention providers, including Thinkific Payments and its processing partners;
- Cloud, security, performance, analytics, communications, and media providers that help us operate and improve the Services. Current site technology may include Cloudflare, Google Tag Manager and related Google services, New Relic, and embedded video or media providers;
- Professional advisers, such as accountants, attorneys, insurers, and auditors, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- Government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or enforce our agreements; and
- Parties to a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
Some providers may use information for their own legally permitted purposes under their privacy policies. We do not authorize service providers acting on our behalf to use personal information for unrelated purposes.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain advertising or analytics disclosures made through cookies. If Khantractor uses those technologies in a way that gives you an opt-out right, you may exercise that right as described in Sections 7 and 10.
6. Marketing communications
We may send promotional email if you request it or if otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting [email protected]. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-promotional messages about purchases, course access, security, support, or policy changes.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Khantractor and its providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for:
- Strictly necessary functions, including sign-in, checkout, security, session management, and saving preferences;
- Functional features, such as remembering settings and supporting embedded course media;
- Analytics and performance, such as understanding traffic, engagement, errors, and site performance; and
- Advertising, if enabled, such as measuring campaigns or displaying more relevant advertising.
The site currently uses Thinkific technology and may use services such as Cloudflare, Google Tag Manager and related Google services, New Relic, and embedded media providers. The exact cookies may change as providers update their technology.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls made available on the site. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account, checkout, or course features from working. You may also use provider opt-out tools where available.
Because there is not yet a uniform response to browser “Do Not Track” signals, the site may not respond to them. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, you may also contact us if you believe your preference has not been honored.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including while your account is active, while providing course access, and for periods needed to maintain transaction and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of the information, the reason it was collected, platform settings, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and rely on established platform and payment providers for account hosting and payment processing. However, no Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting your account credentials.
10. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
- know whether we process your personal information and access or receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- opt out of marketing email;
- opt out of a sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable; and
- appeal a decision we make concerning a privacy request where applicable.
To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and identify the email address associated with your account. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when information must be retained for security, transaction, tax, legal, or free-expression purposes. If we deny an appealable request, our response will explain how to appeal.
You may also update certain account information through your Thinkific account settings.
11. International processing
Khantractor and its providers may process information in the United States, Canada, and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use or rely on legally recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers. By using the Services, you understand that information may be processed in these locations, subject to applicable law.
12. Children’s privacy
The Services are designed for adults and working professionals and are not directed to minors. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or purchase or use the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, providers, or law. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected information, we will provide notice through the website, account, or email when required by law and obtain consent where required.
